Lauren Ebert

Hello, and welcome! My name is Lauren Ebert. I am an intern therapist passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful growth. I will graduate in 2025 with my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Plymouth State University. I am also completing a certificate in Play Therapy expanding my ability to work creatively and effectively with all ages.

In addition to my academic background, I have completed several specialized trainings in the mental health field, including adverse childhood experiences and trauma, sex therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, gender-based violence, and a certificate in integrated behavioral health. These experiences have helped me develop a stronger foundation in therapy and a deeper understanding of the diverse tools available to best support clients.

I am dedicated to tailoring therapy to each individual's unique needs, integrating techniques from various evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I am still exploring the population I want to work with, but I am committed to working collaboratively with clients from diverse backgrounds and with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and personal growth.

My goal as a therapist is to support you in building resilience and fostering a sense of empowerment in your life. I believe that everyone has the potential for growth and change. Through our work together, I will create a safe environment for you to explore your needs and goals. I’m here to support you, offering tools to help you recognize your strengths, overcome obstacles, and develop the skills you need to thrive as you work toward achieving the changes you desire in your life.
