Katarina Keeler

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? You're not alone—and you don't have to navigate it alone. I'm a pre-licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples gain insight, find clarity, and build meaningful change in their lives.

I work with adults (18+) facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic principles. I also integrate trauma-informed care and culturally sensitive perspective to create a safe and non-judgemental space for all clients.

I hold a bachelors in psychology from Plymouth State University and a master's degree in Social Work from University of Montana. I am working as a pre-licensed therapist working towards my LICSW under Kristy Moen LICSW,MLADC
Whether you're looking to better understand yourself, heal from past wounds, or improve your relationships, therapy can be a powerful step forward. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, uncover barriers, and work toward sustainable growth and well-being. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions to accommodate your needs.
