Vanessa Levin LCMHC

"Disconnection—whether from our bodies, minds, or communities—can leave us feeling stuck in unwanted patterns. Together, we can break those cycles and restore balance."

How I Can Help

With over two decades in health and wellness, I provide an integrative, holistic approach to counseling. By combining evidence-based therapies with body-centered somatic practices, I help you uncover new perspectives, process trauma, and build lasting self-acceptance.

Core Areas of Focus:

  • Trauma & Somatic Healing: Utilizing Brainspotting (a somatic modality similar to EMDR), Polyvagal Theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to address deep-rooted trauma.
  • Disordered Eating & Body Image: Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor helping clients rebuild a healthy, peaceful relationship with food and body.
  • Mind-Body Integration: Incorporating breathwork, meditation, Qi Gong, tapping, energy work, and art/movement therapies into traditional talk therapy (CBT, Narrative Therapy).
  • Identity & Cultural Connection: Dedicated support for Native American identity, spiritual discontent, and life transitions for adults (18+) and senior citizens.

My Approach to Therapy

  • We often fall into unwarranted habitual cycles when we feel disconnected from our surroundings or ourselves. Therapy is a collaborative space where we "roll up our sleeves" to locate where those imbalances exist, re-circuit old thought patterns, and access paths forward that previously felt out of reach.

About Me:

  •  I spend time with my Ko’asek Sovereign Nation Tribe of NH, forage in the local woods, paddleboard, and engage in meditation groups, yoga, Qi Gong, and Powwows.

Are you ready to begin? I am available via telehealth to NH residents
