Kim Shaw

I am a licensed clinical social worker, who brings a compassionate and empathetic manner to working with adults of all ages. I collaborate with her clients to help them to reach their goals and effectively balance evidence-based practices with a client-centered approach. I have experience in working with people around issues of substance use, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, and maternal health and wellness. I often incorporate mindfulness and awareness of the mind-body connection into therapy sessions to help clients make lasting positive change. When away from the office, I love spending time with family and friends, being near the ocean, going to yoga, taking walks, and reading.
