Diana Dumais

Hello and welcome! I'm a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern who is passionate about supporting people who are navigating difficulty with self-esteem, body image concerns, and relationship challenges. I also have experience working with people struggling with substance use, addiction issues, specific phobias, and significant life changes that can impact how we function in our day-to-day lives. I work with both children and adults and I consider my clients to be the experts of their own lives. I believe we all possess the wisdom to heal ourselves and sometimes we just need a little help getting in touch with it.

 

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, supported, and truly listened to. My style is person-centered and collaborative and I integrate feminist and empowerment-based perspectives in my work. I am also trained in EMDR. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and compassionate toward yourself.

 

I see clients in person and remotely in both Concord and Durham, NH. I would love to talk to you about what you would like to work on and how I might be able to help you do that.
