I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with 16 years of experience working with adults in clinical and educational settings. Together we will identify and capitalize upon your existing strengths and find tools you can draw upon to create the life you want to live. Engaging in the therapeutic process is a journey. I am ready to walk beside you on your path of self-discovery.

I am available to work with New Hampshire residents via video therapy and also have limited in-person appointments available.
