About Us

Enso Counseling Group was formed in 2021 by us, Kristy, Lori, and Scot. We started a practice in Concord because we saw that there was a need for more mental health care throughout the region. It is with that in mind that we decided to address the concerns and form a group. We hope to be able to help meet the needs for quality assessment and psychotherapy in the area.

Enso Counseling Group approaches each client with an individualized approach. We understand that even though you may be experiencing difficulty with changes in life, anxiety, depression, or trauma, your individual experience differs from that of the next person. We understand that you want to be treated as a person, even if you need a specific evaluation. It is our goal to ensure that your individualism and humanity is recognized regardless of the circumstance that brings you to us.

We see you.

We will walk with you to the solutions that you need. We will help you with your journey to a better self. We will engage you, and make sure that we are treating you, the person, not just some diagnosis from a purple book. Therapy is an intimate and vulnerable experience. We recognize that it may be hard to seek us out. We want to work with you to be comfortable with the process. We want therapy to happen with you, not at you.
